1. Acceptance and Account Registration

Welcome to Sirāt, operated by Sirat2Sustainability Private Limited (“Sirāt”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, sustainable marketing platform, emissions measurement tools, reports and related services.

By registering for an account, purchasing credits or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for activities conducted through your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services and Permitted Use

Sirāt provides technology-enabled sustainable marketing solutions that help organisations measure, understand and manage the environmental impact of their marketing activities.

Our services may include emissions calculations, marketing impact reports, sustainability insights, AI-powered recommendations and related advisory services.

You agree to use our platform only for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, interfere with its operation, misuse credits, introduce malicious software or use our services to infringe the rights of others.

Sirāt may update, improve or modify its services from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. Plans, Pricing and Credits

Sirāt may offer free registration credits, activity-based purchases, credit-based plans and customised enterprise packages.

• Starter Plan: Users may select individual marketing activities and purchase the relevant services at the prices displayed on the website.
• Growth Plan: Users may purchase a package of 10 credits for US$1,000, or at the price displayed at checkout.
• Enterprise Plan: Pricing, usage limits and service inclusions will be customised based on the customer's requirements and agreed commercial terms.

Eligible new users may receive two free credits upon registration, subject to the conditions displayed when the offer is made.

Under the proposed credit structure, an event requires two credits, while other supported marketing activities require one credit each. The applicable credit requirement will be displayed before the activity is initiated or purchased.

Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing. Unused credits expire at the end of their validity period and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Prices, available activities, credit requirements and plan inclusions may change for future purchases. The price and terms displayed at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

4. Payments, Credit Expiry and Refunds

Payments must be made using the payment methods offered on our website or specified in your commercial agreement. Applicable taxes, including GST where required, will be charged in accordance with applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring that payments are authorised.

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law, payments for completed services and purchased credits are non-refundable. Unused or expired credits are not redeemable for cash.

If a technical issue attributable to Sirāt prevents a purchased service from being delivered, please contact us at info@sirat.earth. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, restore credits or provide another reasonable remedy.

For enterprise customers, payment schedules, cancellation terms and other commercial conditions may be specified in a separate agreement.

5. Emissions Estimates and AI Recommendations

Sirāt provides emissions estimates, environmental impact assessments and AI-powered recommendations to support sustainable marketing decisions.

The accuracy of these outputs depends on factors such as the information supplied by users, data availability, emission factors, calculation methodologies, assumptions and third-party data sources.

Our calculations and recommendations are intended to support decision-making and should not automatically be treated as independently verified emissions data, formal assurance opinions or regulatory certifications.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Sirāt does not guarantee that every estimate represents the exact emissions associated with an activity or that following a recommendation will achieve a particular emissions reduction, cost saving or business outcome.

AI-generated recommendations may require further review and may not be suitable for every situation. You are responsible for evaluating the outputs before using them for business decisions, sustainability disclosures or external claims.

Any claims regarding Sirāt's validation, standards alignment or third-party assessment are limited to the scope of the relevant supporting documentation. Validation of a methodology or system does not, by itself, constitute independent verification of every customer report or emissions result.

6. Intellectual Property and Customer Data

Sirāt retains ownership of its platform, software, technology, designs, methodologies, trademarks and other proprietary materials, except where ownership belongs to a third party.

You may use the platform and its outputs for your permitted business purposes, subject to your selected plan and any applicable agreement. You must not copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the platform without our written permission, except where applicable law permits.

You retain ownership of the business information and data you submit to Sirāt. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide that information.

You authorise Sirāt to process your submitted data as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure and improve the services, in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Sirāt may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics and service improvement, provided it is handled in accordance with applicable law and is not used to identify you or another individual.

7. Liability, Suspension and Termination

Sirāt endeavours to provide reliable services but does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sirāt will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or anticipated savings.

Sirāt is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of an emissions estimate or AI-generated recommendation without appropriate review.

To the extent permitted by law, Sirāt's total liability arising from the relevant services will not exceed the amount paid by you for those services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

You may stop using the services and request account closure by contacting us. Sirāt may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, misuse, a security risk or a legal requirement.

Any outstanding payment obligations and provisions that are intended to continue after termination will remain applicable.

8. Governing Law and Contact Details

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from these Terms should first be addressed through good-faith discussions. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be referred to the competent courts at Pune, India, subject to applicable law.
